Without mentioning reports that the man accused of shooting up a Jewish Community Center over the weekend was apparently a fan of the left's Max Blumenthal, CNN National Security Analyst Peter Bergen exploited the murders to claim the American Right is more deadly than jihadists.
(Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...
A right winger who was a fan of a left wing anti semite. Yep. So predictable.
That guy Blumenthal is the one that the shooter likes the best..he hates Jews just as much as he does..that is where he got his inspiration to do the shootings
Truth, Justice and the American Way, ..........Oh wait he’s a liberal, so Lying, Thieving and the Socialist Agenda!
HE'S NOT A DOPE!
He's a propagandist.
America’s left wing abortionists are more far deadly than jihadists. The right strives to prevent both. Peter Bergen is an idiot.
I happen to agree with the headline although probably not in what he was trying to say.
So the guy that was ex Kleeger or Grand Dragon whatever of the militant wing of the Democratic party, AKA Ku Klux Klan, killed people at a Jewish retirement center but it’s a right wing thing....
Sorry, teach this guy some history and how the KKK sprung up through the reconstructed south as the shadow arm of the Democratic party there and just how virulently anti-Republican the south was for over a century.
There is an unexplained linkage between the “right-wing” as represented by T.E.A. party members and conservative-libertarian factions in this country, and to either the KKK or Nationalist Socialist Working-men’s Party, both as it existed in the Third Reich and in the territory once known as “the United States of America”, a nation now lost in history that was located on the map of North America.
The KKK and the branch of the Nationalist Socialist party are both subsidiaries of the Democrat party, from the beginning, and they are still very active among the ranks of the party. Oh, they call themselves “greens”, or maybe “reformers”, but their agenda is unchanged from the 1930’s.
They do a really good job of projecting all their crimes and misdeeds upon others.
this dudes twisted mug tells it all
I heard the shooter was an active democrat party member.
My local public access TV station plays a lot of conspiracy stuff, from Alex Jones to chemtrails to 9/11 truthers to Farrakhan to Democracy Now! and more. Often, I have to listen a long time before I can tell if the message is coming from the far, far right, or the left. There’s a place where the two almost seem to merge. Sometimes the only difference seems to be that the far right people are apocalyptic Christians in addition to everything else.
Peter Bergen: "Killing bin Laden is the end of the war on terror. We can just sort of announce that right now.
Yeah because Christian conservatives and crazy libertarians were the ones maiming and killing our military personnel when we invaded Texas and Alabama..
Oh wait that should read that Islamic Radicals and Jihadists were the ones killing our military personnel when we invaded Iraq and Afghanistan.
What a dope.
That was a compliment from CNN. I’m glad they find us deadly, they are very very afraid. We are very very effective. We should just keep it up just like Al Qaeda.
Historically, no. Potentially, yes.

What happened to the airline coverage? It helps me get to sleep at night.
Bergen is also a director of the New America Foundation
The New America Foundation
The organization is based in Washington, D.C., in addition to having a significant presence in New York City.
Launched in 1999, the foundation was guided through a period of rapid growth by founding president Ted Halstead. The institute is now led by President Anne-Marie Slaughter and an outstanding Board of Directors, chaired by Eric Schmidt.
In 2007, Steve Coll, a former managing editor of The Washington Post, became President of the New America Foundation. Google’s Executive Chairman, Eric Schmidt, is chairman of the foundation’s board of directors.
In 2013, Anne-Marie Slaughter became President of the New America Foundation, replacing Steve Coll
public policy institute whose stated mission is to invest in new thinkers and new ideas to address the next generation of challenges facing the United States. The organization has a staff of over a hundred employees and fellows with offices in Washington, D.C., and New York City.
The organization continues to emphasize work that is responsive to the changing conditions and problems of our 21st-century information-age economy with big ideas, impartial analysis and pragmatic solutions. Newsweeks Howard Fineman called New America a “hive of state-of-the-art policy entrepreneurship”.
Board of Directors include:
Steven Rattner, financier, former “car czar” for the United States Treasury Department
Anne-Marie Slaughter, political professor, former director of policy planning for the United States State Department
Jonathan Soros, CEO of JS Capital Management, senior fellow at the Roosevelt Institute and son of George Soros
Fareed Zakaria, journalist and author
They do a really good job of projecting all their crimes and misdeeds upon others.
That’s been the democrat way from the beginning.
If you want to compare body counts, iirc Columbine, VA Tech, Gabby Giffords, the Colorado Movie theater and Newtown were all committed by known/registered or self-identified Democrats.
So by his own unit of bastardized measure, he puts the count of killings at <34 who've been killed by jihadists in America since 9-11.
Charles Bishop/Bishra, Tampa teen suicide pilot in a stolen plane (1)
The gay muslim sniper duo in Washington DC killed 13 (13)
Nadil Hasan terrorist attack on Ft. Hood killed 14 including the pregnant woman's baby (14)
With 3 attacks we are already at 28.
Add in the Boston Bombing victims (3) and we are already at 31.
Nidal Hasan was known to be in contact with Al Qaeda before he struck.
The Boston bombers were known to be training abroad with terrorists.
The dope is a LIAR about the menace of Islamic terrorism in America. There were other attacks (a driver who rammed through a crowd shouting Allah Fubar, etc.), the El Al Air Counter shooting, the Jewish community center (in Seattle?), and so many more.
Time Lies. Boycott Time-Warner.
All they have left is fear. Nothing else will sell. Nuff said.
If they say so. These are the people that hired Piers Morgan, after all.
Expect this to be used as a way to ban guns, lock up Christians (or at least anti anal sex Christians), and demand all sorts of reparations of some sort.
Bloomberg is probably filming an ad as we type.
I was told this whacko was a 76 year old KKK Grand Dragon or something; which means he was a Democrat. Like Bobby Byrd. Did I read wrong?
Is that Bergen? The only thing missing is a bottle of swirl in a brown paper bag.
The Unabomber had a dog eared copy of Al Gore’s “Earth in the Balance” Book inside his Shack.
In a related story, the Unabomber’s Shack was bigger than the Hut that Obama’s Kenyan Brother lives in.
I have CNN on a parental block in this house...It tends to lower the IQ even if you flip through that channel even for the briefest of time...
Nothing on there worth watching in the first place...
Indeed, what a dope. I’m mostly harmless.
BLM Security Analyst: Bundy more deadly than Osama bin Laden
Terrorists killed about 3,000 in one day in 2001.
Abortionists kill about 3,300 EVERY DAY!
Max Blumenthal .... son of "Sid the Squid" Blumenthal, drive-by calumniator and political operative who retailed the "Mad Monica" theory for Beastwoman and her disgusting dog of a consort.
Both Jewish, last I heard.
Antisemites? Yowza. Didn't see that one coming.
In the Klan's first heyday in the 1860's, the Klan and the GOP were pretty much mutually exclusive, since the Klan was a Black Hand type resistance to the GOP victory and their reconstruction program.
After the turn of the century, I dunno ..... there were a lot of anti-Catholic types in the Indiana Klan (like the ones who threatened my Irish Catholic grandfather), and some of those could have been old James G. Blaine Republicans ("Rum, ruin, and Romanism!").
