Mayor expected to sign order curtailing police-ICE collaboration

Mayor Nutter is expected to sign an executive order tomorrow that will significantly limit collaboration between Philadelphia police and federal immigration authorities.

Perhaps states like Utah, Nevada and Arizona should pass laws significantly limiting the federal government's access to lands that the Feds unconstitutionally claim they "own".

If a City can refuse to recognize the legitimate authority of the Federal Government to constitutionally control immigration within the states, then the states should likewise have the ability and right to boot the Federal aliens from their state borders and reclaim the land that was illegally claimed by the Federal Government for their citizens.

Just sayin'

"except those who have committed a violent felony."

It's actually worse than that. The article says "convicted", which means you could have been arrested, and charged, but if you haven't yet been "convicted", you get a pass!!!

The federal government should respond by cutting off all federal aid to sanctuary cities.
