RORY REID, SON OF SEN. HARRY REID:

We believe in a country in which we are subject to laws and you can’t just ignore the laws we don’t like. I think clearly if state and local prosecutors look at this more closely, they’re going to find that he broke the law and he should be prosecuted.

Breaking the law with impunity is conduct reserved for our government overlords and their spawn.

Laws do not apply to people like like Harry Reid, Barack Obama (and his extended family of illegal alien relatives), Nancy Pelosi, Charles Rangel, Lois Lerner, Hillary and Bill Clinton and other lefties.

Peons like Cliven Bundy and the rest of us are supposed to kneel before our government masters and keep our mouths shut.

Beck’s take on that was that the solar plant wasn’t anywhere near the Bundy ranch’s grazing area.

The real story is that the plant IS going in 100 miles away,
but they have to “make up for” the lost turtle habitat by taking Bundy’s grazing area.

So it IS the Chinese solar company and Rory Reid that are responsible for the land grab.

What a freakin’ idiot.....If I was Harry Reid, the last person on earth I would want to have make the slightest comment about Cliven Bundy would be Rory. Even if the Chinese solar panel company angle is totally bogus (I don’t think so), then why would you have one of its primary beneficiaries comment on the Bundy Ranch standoff, when you know those “crazy, Tea Party Republicans” are doing everything they can to link the two events up?

Obama does! Holder does! Probably 75% of all government officials do, then so can we. Welcome to the New American Order, established by the criminal administration that set the example. Reap what you sow criminal politicians.

When people are going to start shooting the thugs assigned to enforce some law on a peasant, that pretty clearly means that they ARE going to IGNORE what Mr. Reid thinks should happen.

Little boy Rory has big daddy Harry to cover his back.

Meanwhile, a family of ranchers, that has been a family of ranchers before big daddy Harry was born, became ‘persons of interest’ to big daddy Harry, because what the ranchers are doing, is getting in the way of Harry and son’s future business.

Watch that senile old Harry try some kind of eminent domain crap soon.

Additionally, the solar plant was on county land, not BLM land. So, it has nothing to do with the turtle.

This is not complicated.

The law and the regs are embodied in the Federal Lands Policy and Management Act of 1976. And the Sagebrush Rebellion coincides with that act of Congress.

Rory “Do you know who I am” Reid represents the Chinese Solar Panel company that wants the land.

I now do actually affirm and believe this is the motivation. I have only done about 2.5 hours of research on this entire history of this. While it sounds like something out of a movie, all the pieces fit nicely for what is happening today. But the tortoise side of the issue is not relevant any more. Forgive me is some of the time frames are a bit off. As I mentioned, I am still researching this. Corrections are welcomed.

I encourage FReepers to thoroughly educate themselves on this (as most do anyway). But here is the skinny of it.

Some argue the Fed owns all land not previously purchased. This is not documented beyond treaties, agreements or ancient purchasing, sale and lease rights regarding individual citizens or the use of the land. In unmanaged territories/land, land is for public use. The Bundy's have been publicly using the land in question since before Nevada was even a state. There was no Federal involvement. 30 years ago, it seem,s the feds needed an excuse to collect fees and the desert tortoise found its way on an endangered species list. Whether the tortoise was actually even endangered was questionable back then. But we had just "saved" the bald eagle (or were well on our way). So what could it hurt. It was decided that cattle was bad for the habitat and somehow this could be mitigated by having cattle ranchers pay fees to let their herds graze. Sound familiar? Think carbon credits. Again, there was no evidence that suggested the relatively few cows in the large expanse of territory had any detrimental habitat to the endangered species. In fact, there was and is some research that proposes the opposite is true.

Originally, the Bundy's fought the ruling, lost and got a permit. With a nose under the tent, the fed started playing with fee structures. The Bundy's continued the fight and refused to pay along with some others. That was almost 30 years ago. Along the way, the fed did arrest someone as a token. Then the fed backed off and quietly continued a slow roll in court.

The issue got aggressive and picked up steam again a few years ago when the Harry's son got involved in an investment that needed the land for a solar farm. Harry pushed through some legislation to grease the skids. No mention of the tortoise during those proceedings. I wonder why.

The solution to this ordeal is to have the "endangered species" removed from the list. The grazing fees again have no purpose as the land is not managed otherwise.

Rory and the old man both should be prosecuted.

As is happening today. The government handed down edicts, laws and rules that made citizens criminals by non-compliance. This rancher was way ahead of his time in fighting the injustice 30 years ago. Our fore fathers started their "criminal enterprise" against the King in the same fashion.

Rosa Parks ignored law when she refused to go to the back of the bus (if you can call those laws back then). I would offer that our founding documents expect the citizens to rise up against tyranny when it comes. And I would argue that the first chips to be placed are ignoring tyrannical rule, especially when it is fed to us under the guise of the common good.

Rory Reid represents the Chinese Solar Panel company that wants the Bundy land.

Mmmmmm....methinks Rory and Harry are gonna be real sorry they are in bed w/ the Chi/Coms. It's gonna get v-e-r-y nasty, guys.

============================================

We don't need to steenken' AG Dummycrat ***-protector to get to the bottom of this.

Under the Bank Secrecy Act, passed by Congress, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes.

“The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

==================================================

L/E needs to examine the Reid bank accounts used to finance the Solar Panel business.

NOTE WELL The "Bank Secrecy Act" was passed to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting criminal enterprises, money laundering, tax evasion, national security breaches, global terrorism, or other unlawful activities.

Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity that might be indicative of govt fraud, money laundering, embezzlement, tax evasion, and other financial crimes.

<><> Joint Reid bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer of funds offshore and/or into secret LLC accounts.

<><> To cover their tracks, fake invoices might be created to show that money deposited into other accounts was being used for legitimate purposes.

The scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments that actually covered the transfer of funds for business activities (or into campaign coffers).

<><> L/E is directed to get ahold of Reid's: (1) check copies, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records.

L/E should also explore (a) monies Reid paid to brokers, sub-brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize Reid bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to operate othe4r businesses. Bank fraud can also be facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intrabank transfers from secret accounts into personal accounts.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, or campaign contributions.

Nevada taxpayers, patriots, ranchers and Bundy supporters should demand the Bank Secrecy Act be used to prosecute bank fraud pronto.

================================================

ADDENDUM Govt monies facilitated by Harry Reid may have been allocated through budget items to finance the Solar Panel venture.

They (the BLM) do not want to permit the plant to be constructed on the land Bundy uses.

They want the land Bundy uses to mitigate (offset) other land they will free up for construction of the power plant.

Below is the incriminating document that has been scrubbed.

Specifically, look at the 8th "dotted" item:

(“Non-Governmental Organizations have expressed concern that the regional mitigation strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone utilizes Gold Butte as the location for offsite mitigation for impacts from solar development, and that those restoration activities are not durable with the presence of trespass cattle")

Nevada taxpayers, patriots, ranchers, and Bundy supporters should demand to see E-V-E-R-Y official document filed by Rory and Harry Reid. Documents need to be scrutinized for falsification, forgery, bank fraud and possibly govt fraud.

Falsifying Government Documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
