NSA leaker Edward Snowden asked Russian President Vladimir Putin about whether Russia uses its own mass surveillance system, in a video during a question-and-answer session on Russian television.

Is Snowden stupid?
Putin certainly isn't. Snowden, still free in Russia, at this event, was able to ask Putin about surveillance. I'd think that would really annoy Obama.

No, Snowden is an employee asking the pre-scripted questions he was told to ask, so his employer can give the pre-scripted answers he has prepared.

I think Snowden was naive, he thought he was doing the right thing, and the 0bama regime turned him into a traitor by threatening to treat him as such. He is now being manipulated by the Russians.
Snowden is a toy for big boys to play with.
