First Sign That Geneva Discussions are Making Progress
The foreign ministers of Ukraine, Russia, the U.S. and the European Union are working on a joint statement, in a sign that talks in Geneva may have made progress, according to two officials involved in the talks on Thursday.

Putin Acts; Obama Yaks
Putin knows there is nothing Obama likes more than to hear himself talk.
All Putin needs to do is keep Obama’s jaws jacking and he can pretty much do anything he wants.

Apologies, that was the Munich Agreement and Chamberlain that I meant to say not the Yalta. Mental vacation, I’m back now.
Forget it, you’re rolling. ;)
Will Kerry come back waiving a little piece of paper, waiving it and proclaiming everything is OK?
