Who’d Have Thought This Could Lead To Criminal Charges Against BLM?

As Western Journalism reported yesterday, a series of photos from the scene of a federal government standoff in Clark County, Nev. indicate Bureau of Land Management agents slaughtered multiple cows on the Bundy Ranch. After alleging the ranch’s owner, Cliven Bundy, had failed to pay federal grazing fees for a number of years, armed BLM agents swarmed the area, resorting to physical violence against members of the family and threats toward those who arrived to support them.

Fox News reported 2 days back that the BLM hired a Utah Cowboy [=Rustler, IMHO ] and he was paid > $900,000 to invade, roundup, steal and transport the bulk of Bundy’s cattle to Utah to be sold at auction.

Fox News also reported that the BLM paid >$300,000 to a Utah auctioneer to auction off Bundy’s Cattle, in Utah.

All paid for and/or charged to YOU, the ultimate sucker taxpayer!

So many names apply to very late stage senility patient Harry Reid, and his hired guns:

Reid’s Rustlers
Reid’s Cattle Rustlers
Feudal Lord Reid’s Raiders.

Feudal Lord Reid of the Bureau of Feudal Land Management wants to make Nevada his personal Fief!

Holder had his glory days with “Fast and Furious” and escaped with an Exec. Order from his Chicago ‘Hood pal, Barry Soetoro.

Now “Kill the last cows in the Country” Reid wants his 15 minutes of Glory.

Will the cowardly doormat Republican Leadership in the US House even consider holding Reid accountable for the taxpayer-funded slaughter of Nevada Rancher Bundy’s cattle?

Neighboring Arizona US Senator “Wacko Bird” McCain has not yet thrown his full moral weight of approval to Senate Classmate Reid, but it could happen any day now.

Shouldn’t the ACLU, or PETA have a “beef” with the taxpayer-paid slaughter of Rancher Bundy’s personal Cattle?

Or will Feudal Lord Reid and his hired Rustlers get bailed out by another Executive Order from the infamous pen of “You Lie” Obama?

Feudal Lord Reid and “You Lie” Obama, a dastardly duo on the Democrat dung heap of History!

Corrupt senators, corrupt White House, corrupt feds, corrupt cops, corrupt judges, etc. What recourse do regular citizens have, where the miscreants are dealt justice? That is why citizens will take up arms against the tyranny, as the frustration builds.

A quick background as to why the BLM should not be harassing Cliven Bundy. This issue goes all the way back to the Confederation Papers, prior to the writing of our US Constitution.

Please remember that the Supreme Court has reversed more than 150 of earlier Supreme Court decisions on natural law. Is that what you would consider as someone being consistent and reliable in interpreting the Constitution?

The Resolution of 1780, "the federal trust respecting public lands obligated the united States to extinguish both their governmental jurisdiction and their title to land that achieved statehood."

In the Constitutional Convention of 1787, The Charter of Liberty contained these words, "The new Federal Government is an agent serving the states.", "The delegated powers are few and defined", "All powers not listed are retained by the states or the people", "The Resolution of 1780 formed the basis upon which Congress was required to dispose of territorial and public lands", "All laws shall be made by the Congress of the United States". (not agency bureaucrats!)

That should be sufficient for you to determine who all public lands belong to, hint - NOT the Federal Government!

"The Constitution is a written instrument. As such, it's meaning does not alter. That which it meant when adopted. it means now". So said the Supreme Court in South Carolina v United States in 1905

Articles of Confederation, Article VI, clause 1 All engagements entered into before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation. In Article IX "... no State shall be deprived of territory for the benefit of the United States."

Formation of a "more perfect union" does not absolve that union of prior engagements, including those obligations establish by the resolution of 1780 and the Articles of Confederation.

Our government system is established by compact, not between the Government and the State Governments but between the States as Sovereign Communities. By James Madison 1821 (This is what make the County Sheriffs the highest law enforcement officer in that County and gives him/her the authority to tell the BLM, the FBI or any other Federal Agency to get out of the County or they will be arrested and jailed.)

What I have written here is but a short piece of the process that the Founder went through to establish our Constitution and system of government.

Please view these videos and see if they don't change your mind about whether or not Cliven Bundy is in the wrong by defying the BLM.

1of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference

2of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference

3of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference

Here's one that shows why the Sheriff of Clark County is duty bound to keep the BLM and all Federal agents from arresting Cliven Bundy.

Steven Pratt, Bound by Oath to Support THIS Constitution,

Yeah, well to a liberal, fascist, big-government type not all animals/reptiles etc. are equal. Some are "more equal" than others. Of course you see the same thing with people. To a liberal, everyone is labeled. Not everyone is equal either. Some groups, some demographics are placed far ahead and above others. Yet liberals still claim to be all about equality, fairness, and celebrating diversity. {snort} That's a laugh. Biggest bunch of fascists since the bad old days of the mid 20th century.

I did once shoot a 248/250 on the USMC KD course with a rusted M16A2. (I think the Corps uses the M16A4 now.)

Don’t know what the KD course is/was, but I used to hit high 40’s/50 at 500 yds. in prone position, using the M-1. Standing position was my undoing, though.

I’ve seen range instructors hitting bulls eyes with the M-1, standing, one-handed at 500 yds.!

They did. I read somewhere that among the damage, next to one of the vandalized water tanks, was a desert tortoise den collapsed from the BLM driving a truck over it.
