Your Tax Dollars (not) at work. Someone needs to tell them to get off their lazy ar$e$ and do the job they are paid to do. It’s artificial Analysis Paralysis.

The more he can delay the pipeline getting to Texas the better for his socialist agenda...

Can’t allow Texas to be dominate despite the governments efforts to bring the whole country down to some sort of “fair/even” level of misery...

And after the mid-terms, he will put off the decision till 2016 and leave it for the next president to deal with.

That is, if he's really stepping down after his term expires.

Obama has no intention if moving the pipeline forward. The pipeline goes against his mission to destroy America.i Eventually, Canada will get tired of waiting and deal with the Chinese.

It’s amazing what you can get away with when you’re in bed with the “free” press.

I wonder how the unions will react when they realize jobs are not Obama’s priority.

The Nebraska appeal won't be heard until after the mid-terms.

Obama has defused the issue for the Democrats.

Since they are that stupid to have not realised that before now, I doubt that they will be able to do very much.

The unions have been after him to get with it. I guess he doesn’t care being he’s not running for office again but it’s ticking off some Democrats that are.

This is something that would really help America, so Obama will stall it with a four corner offense a la Dean Smith. Delay, distract, dodge and dissemble.

The rank & file are just too stupid or apathetic to figure it out. The leadership is too corrupt. When the music stops things could be interesting. Can the union leadership successfully defer blame? I think its possible if the compliant press helps out.

Where can they go? They are joined terminally to the hip of the Democrat Party.

When will the people say “enough is enough” and get rid of odumbo? He will NEVER allow that pipeline to be built under his watch. Well, take away his “watch” and build the damn thing. He is only protecting his friends overseas so we continue to buy their oil instead of using our own.

Absolutely, and he’s been keeping that promise by doing everything he can to limit oil and subsidize billions for green energy.

Is there no check on these delaying actions? Can the executive branch indefinitely tie up either private rights or the public’s right to build critical infrastructure to keep the country running and provide jobs? We have become a banana republic if there’s nothing to be done but wait on the whim of these jerks.
