I always thought that too. They, including grandma Hillary, were starting with accusing her of being a troubled nut case and you know what those sorts of people do - they end up in a park...dead.
Threats? Very possible.Threats of death? Doubtful,IMO.There are many things you can threaten a young girl with,short of death,that will scare the bleep out of her.There are also many things you can *bribe* such a girl with that will get her full attention.
