I agree tcrlaf. I do not realize how terrible things can become and believe none of us (the living) have any type of realization should this escalate to conflict between nation where there are nuclear exchanges what terrible realities would exist. Am keeping myself aware, as best as can, of the dangers and yes you also have my agreement that D.C. continues to bungle their way through this. Surprisingly though, am keeping calm in spite of the bungling. I guess it is because I saw the Cuban Missile crisis as it unfolded. Don’t know for certain if that is reason am remaining calm but am calm. Truly believe my Faith in God and a better tomorrow has much to do in keeping me calm.
The Russkies have entire military treatises on winning a nuclear war. They do not share the Western phobia to a nuclear exchange, or, perhaps, they do take it more seriously, as they have been preparing to survive a nuclear exchange for many many years. Unlike us, the Russians have a trained population and nuclear fallout shelters with plenty of supplies. We have nothing, because stupid liberals AND so called conservatives do not believe in military preparedness.
