Michelle Obama wants to lecture us all about civil rights and race issues.

She will praise the Brown decision as a giant step forward for civil rights and equal rights for all people.

But then, she will say that, while we have made great progress on civil rights and equality for all, that there is still a long way to go.

Her speech is so predictable, that we don’t have to listen to it.

Then, the talking heads will pick up on her points, and echo the point that while great progress has been made, that there is still a long way to go. They will tell us that many big city school systems are as segregated as ever, 60 years after Brown, and navel gaze about oh what can we do about this sad state of affairs, yadda, yyadda yyadda

...Some people have said bringing in the first lady politicizes the graduation.... if she wants to mark the Brown anniversary, she could just visit the historic site that commemorates the decision, which is just few blocks from the graduation venue.

Will she explain why her party fought against civil rights so viciously?
