Franklin Graham has taken what many will see as a ‘controversial’ stand, one that praises Putin for passing a law that protects children in Russia by penalizing those caught propagandizing children with homosexuality or pedophilia, while on the other hand criticizing our own president and his administration for pushing the gay-lesbian agenda in America which is contrary to God’s teaching.

There is nothing controversial about Putin passing these laws.
The same should be done here. Unfortunately we are a nation in decadence and in the constant grip of fear.

Graham lacks discernment and, therefore, does not bother to learn anything about the people he is praising. In the Russian military, for example, young looking recruits are raped by their officers as part of their hazing, which is protected by the regime. And this is only the beginning of horrors in that country.
Graham, I think, is nothing but a clown, and I have been convinced of this since he scrubbed from his website references to Mormonism as a religious cult when he decided to endorse Mitt Romney. He is a fool and a traitor to principles, and what greater traitor is there than one who betrays his own God for political purposes?
Russia’s opposition to gay adoptions is, IMO, one of the reasons there’s so much anti-Russian messaging in the US media and political class right now. US establishment has bought into gay rights, and Russia’s embrace of the traditional Christian position on family issues is infuriating our elites.
We’re definitely not looking to gain God’s favor as a nation.
This is loser talk. The American church, all branches of it, has failed to convert the culture. They are losing the culture war because hundreds of thousands of preachers will not preach the full word of God. As a result, hundreds of millions of “Christians” fail to live a Godly life and fail to disciple their children.
Also pure idiocy, if the majority of Americans support same sex marriage, and you want to give that majority the power to regulate morality, what kind of morality do you think they will enforce? We will end up with Canada style anti-hate laws.
He supported Mitt Romney? Me think I see a pattern of statism. Perhaps this guy would be more comfortable in Iran.
Judging by your intemperate remarks about Graham, the article is right that his comments would expose him to controversy - or, in your case, hatred.
Whatever goes on in the Russian military, the Russian parliament has banned gay adoption. That’s a fact, Jack. A lot of the US establishment has gone ballistic in response.

Obama is too busy trying to spread the depravity virus around the world to be bothered with doing the right thing.
From what I’ve seen/heard, the Reverend Franklin Graham consistently speaks the truth based on the Word of God. He is unapologetic, unwavering, and unfazed by mockery.
Exactly what we need from leaders of the Faith.
