“Groups”? Are you sure you don’t mean gangs? Those are the only type of “neighborhood groups” that do this sort of thing. The Chamber of Crony Capitalists doesn’t.

Easter Monday is, I think, observed in places like Canada, kind of like Boxing Day. I used to find these kind if holidays useful if I had to work on the real holiday. I could schedule my celebration for the next day.

I have been out of school a loooong time but it seems to me the Monday after Easter was always a holiday from school. We called it Easter Monday.

Do they not realize the damage they are doing to their own community and to the way the rest of us look at them? No, because it's not their fault, don-cha-know...

I was thinking gang as well but what do I know. It could have been a rumble between the gardening club versus the knitting circle.

It’s like a rap concert. You know someone is going to break out the violence and let it fly!
This place is a zoo!

Ah yes, that one day during the year in DC when the most dangerous animals at the zoo are outside of the cages.
The Urban Feral in all their glory. Clearly someone was “dissed” and deserved to be shot for their lack of appropriate respect.
