The fruitless search for the missing Malaysian Airlines jet might have to start all over again from scratch if no clues to its fate are found in coming days, it was claimed today.

The international team searching the Indian Ocean for the Boeing 777 are now considering the seemingly impossible scenario of the aircraft having 'landed' somewhere, instead of crashing in the southern Indian Ocean.

No what the bottom line is is that they don’t know what has happened to the plane and they MIGHT have to rethink their assumptions. They are not saying it is possible..... though you and I agree that maybe it is possible.

One theory I heard pinned the date of interest as being May 2nd since that is when Bin Laden was killed (US time). IF the plane is going to be used (assuming it landed and not crashed into the ocean), this would be the date to watch for

Completely IGNORED, completely credible, eye witnesses (plural) testimony of actually SEEING and HEARING MH370 fly over them at the correct number of hours it would have taken for it to get there.

VERY low flying, JUMBO jets passing over their tiny island just doesn’t ever happen. The VERY loud ROAR of the engines sent people running from their houses to see what was happening.

After the first week I expected to hear interviews with the Pilots wife... the one that had moved out the evening before the flight disappearance ... What was their situation? If the plane really landed somewhere else the operation is much more sophisticated than you think. It would mean that decoy pingers were dropped in the Indian Ocean and have now gone silent right on the 30 to 40 day battery life schedule.
