Meanwhile, back in southeastern Sacramento county, Mr. & Mrs. Waspman are helping fellow FReeper Calif_Reaganite by working furiously on his Rancho Cordove Phone Bank to help him drown out two other less attractive (R's) in the June Primary election!!!
His biggest competitor is SuperRINO and former CONgressman, Doug Ose and so far they're neck and neck so our man needs help!!!
We're not in his district but we're helpin him anyways! He's been Tom McClintock's Chief of Staff and is a dynomite CONSERVATIVE to the core!!!
So while not trying to divert attention from this super celebration thread, we're hoping FReepers reading this thread here in the Crapitol of CA will make the effort to go to his site (www.igorbirman.com) and volunteer after finishing their celebration of your success on this thread.
More power to you beautiful FReeper PEople on the TEA PARTY EXPRESS!!!
Terrific. Thank you.

We have to get the country back on track...
Tea Party Victory in Florida Election
The first stop of the Fighting for Liberty Tour earned conservatives a success as conservative Republican Curt Clawson, a candidate for Floridas 19th District, won a hard-earned victory in the Republican primary.
Clawson, the Sen. Rand Paul-endorsed conservative candidate, secured the GOP nomination for Floridas special congressional election to replace former Representative Trey Radal who resigned after a cocaine possession conviction.
The primary race was a tough one with four primary contenders in a state where every votes counts thanks to a high turnout rate from Floridas senior citizen population. The race was marred by bitter attack ads and personal attacks. Clawson, a former Purdue basketball star, rose to political prominence when the candidate released an ad that aired during the Super Bowl locally where Clawson challenged President Obama to a three-point challenge.
The nights celebration started early in the evening as polls began to close. Within an hour, the Associated Press called it for Clawson who had been backed by former Rep. Connie Mack and Tea Party groups working to place conservatives in the House.
Clawsons largest opponent, State Senate Majority Leader Lizbeth Benacquisto, ran a competitive race and was endorsed by Sarah Palin. Benacquisto, according to FEC filings, outraised Clawson. Benacquisto garnered 26% of the votes and former state Rep. Paige Kreegel earned 25%.
Clawsons victory speech touched on many themes. While noting the importance of grassroots support, Clawson pushed many conservative themes, saying, We are not the party of class envy and redistribution; we are the party of opportunity, of ambition, of success and of lifting each other up.
Clawson directly addressed President Obama, stating, To President Obama: were not going to agree on a lot. Were not going to agree on economic growth; were probably not going to agree on taxes. Were not going to agree on the deficit and Im going to challenge you on these things. Im going to challenge you on the economy, on the Constitution, on the Second Amendment.
But first, Clawson continued, Im going to challenge you on the basketball court My house or yours.
Clawson is expected to win the congressional seat in the general election against Democrat April Freeman in the heavily Republican district.
The Tea Party Express ninth tour, the Fighting for Liberty Tour, takes activists and media to 14 cities in ten states and aims to invigorate the grassroots in primaries.

This didn’t happen. The press tells me the Tea Party is dead.
Yeah I know.
You can be watching a liberal news station and they will tell you the tea party movement is dead, not having any effect.
Then they will report all the “horrible” things tea party groups/people are doing.
How they are influencing elections and fighting for 2nd amendment rights etc etc.
And getting conservatives elected and throwing out their rats.
Pwned!
Pretty soon the “dead” tea party is going to have more clout than dead democrat voters...
I noticed the bus is missing a stop in Kentucky to support Matt Bevin against Mitch McConnell...Why is that?????
Conservatives (and FReepers) should be dancing on air today. This timely Clawson win in Florida has significant import on many fronts in our battle....all GOOD!

Right now Rove is concentrating on Hilliary.
