"......................One wonders whether wealthy liberals even understand that the green diktats they favor [impose] regressive taxes on the poor. Do they care? Environmentalists used to fantasize that their policy mandates would lead to green jobs for working men and women, but that bubble popped awfully fast. Just ask the Germans, who are ditching expensive green wind and solar projects as fast as they can to save their flagging economy.
The Lefts opposition to domestic energy production in Americaand more broadly, a carbon-based industrial economyoffers conservatives and Republicans a once-in-a-generation opportunity to win back the old Reagan Democrat swing voters, perhaps for the long haul. These are middle-class, blue-collar workers who care about their families and their jobs, not the snail darter or the prairie chicken. They have no interest in closing down steel plants and coal mines and oil operations just to send all these jobs to India, Russia, and China. The jobs that the greens are trying to outsource are their jobs. What Nancy Pelosi and her Sierra Club friends dont understand is that after five years of Obamas green investments and nearly 20 million unemployed or underemployed, most Americans are much more interested in saving their jobs than the planet.
Republicans need to connect the dots for middle-class voters: The greatest threat to their livelihood is radical environmentalism. Blue-collar Americans should reject the green agenda. The job they save may be their own.

They need any coherent message at all but it’s the Stupid Party
Let’s not forget yet another threat to Republicans - Democrat voter rolls which include vast numbers of the already deceased, coupled with Deomcrats who vote two, three and up to ten times - and voter rolls which include the namess of illegal immigrants.
It tends to skew the odds.
The questions is: Why haven’t they done this already? The answer is: They’re riding a gravy train of big government. They like what’s happening. Let’s just forget about telling the GOP what they should do. They’re laughing at us.
It is one of the more stupid forms of Communism around and people fell for it.
It’s an anti-Religion. Crypto-Gaiaism. The current Executive’s anti-scientific, global warming/climate change policy violates the true Establishment Clause, which doesn’t deal with the exercise of religion in public life but does forbid the establishment of a State religion.
The Greens are Reds and more than fourty per-cent of voters absolutely love it.
(Stick a fork in it.)
And yet, the lyin’ king still seems incapable of learning anything as he steadily pushes the glow-bull warming/climate change/climate disruption load of crap while forcing our energy prices to necessarily skyrocket. In the meantime the solar and blow hard folks keep providing a mere pittance of input to the energy portfolio. At least we’re saving gaia from evil mankind/womankind. Lucky for him he can buy plenty of carbon credits to offset he and lady moochelle’s huge bootprint.
Green is the new Red.
It really is silly to expect our rulers to take any action that could possibly put their jobs at risk. It is why for instance, Obamacare is here to stay until it falls with the rest of our society, economy, and government. Elections are increasingly courtesies designed to let us think we still live in a FreeRepublic
Let’s make them obey us.
