Robert Dellinger, a former CFO for Sprint Corp., was indicted by a New Hampshire grand jury on second-degree murder charges in connection with a crash that killed a Vermont couple in December.
Dellinger reportedly told police that he was trying to kill himself when he steered his truck into oncoming highway traffic, according to the Associated Press. Dellingers vehicle went airborne and crashed into an SUV occupied by Jason Timmons and his pregnant wife, Amanda Murphy.
The Grafton County Superior Court released the Tuesday indictment against Dellinger, which charged him with two counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of Timmons and Murphy and second-degree assault in the death of the fetus.

Too bad he wasn’t riding a bicycle instead. Sad for that family.
My guess is he is a libturd. Can’t even check out properly.
You mean the BABY Kansas City Business?
Sheesh, still better than the Kansas City Star. That paper isn't fit to line my cat box.
So... why did he want to commit suicide ?
Star = mouthpiece for liberal propaganda
probably not fully appreciated is my guess
Why did he want to kill himself?
second-degree assault in the death of the fetus.

Does that mean that persons who perform abortions can be charged with assault?
Thought an abortion or KILLING the fetus was a nonentity.
Saw a ‘good one’ the other day...
HOW come I(we) have 0% to do with a womans reproductive organs, being deemed ‘NONE OF MY BUSINESS’
BUT I(we) have 100% financial responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of same?
The most cowardly selfish way to commit suicide. Steer into oncoming traffic regardless of the human life you’re taking with you. P.O.S.
ACK! I can see this defense coming a mile off - "But, your Honor, my client can't be held fully accountable because at the time, he was mentally disturbed!"
