Follow the money on this one. A crony firm incapable of writing the software diddled around. Most of the money was wasted on salaries for work that will be tossed, but a significant fraction went to political pals of those in power who owned the companies and didn’t give a crap if the project succeeded or failed as long as they were guaranteed a good skim off the top of the funds.
Every republican running for Congress should pledge to repeal Obamacare. If they can’t win on that alone then this Republic is finished.

Both sides know this. It was part of the initial Democrat calculation. Overturning will require Republican control of the White House and Congress.
Considering that the Democrats control the media, it was a good bet. An evil bet. But astute, nonetheless.
I think the state exchanges are designed to fail.
The states establish an exchange but discover that they cannot afford them long term. Then they turn to Uncle Sugar to bail them out. That will create the single payer system that the rulers wanted in the first place.
Obamacare is just the pathway to govt paid healthcare.
Then they can decide who lives and dies.
Whew. That's a relief!
At least it isn't going to cost the Oregon taxpayers anything. It is 'free' money!
That is impressive. I expected ObamaCare to be a catastrophic failure, and I expected the exchanges to be terrible, but to enroll 4,000 illegal immigrants and not even one real Oregon citizen demonstrates an amazing level of incompetence and corruption, even by liberal standards.
