I bought a new gas grill last weekend and my wife roasted a chicken in it this week. It was mucho, mucho better that the stuff you get from the the grocery store. I wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised!

I do the wood chips thing from time to time, mostly with burgers. I have a cast iron box for that. I started buying the fine-shredded stuff and I don’t soak them any more.
