Doesn’t matter if Willie “sells” or just “gives” it to friends, fans, and bands (he does smoke with guests on his van).
Additionally if you have sufficient quantity, you are considered “selling” and that goes for a whole lot of infractions, not just drugs.
But celebritards are above the common people and exempt from such laws.
I know Willie has been in jail more than once for MJ infractions.
Perhaps his sentences were light because of his celebrity; I don’t know.
