These findings come from the 2008 Census of Federal Law Enforcement Officers (FLEO), conducted by the Bureau of Justice Statistics (BJS). The 2008 FLEO census collected data from 73 agencies, including 33 offices of inspectors general.

I hope we don’t have too few Federal LEOs.

So, this data is from 2008.

So what? Bush IS NOT hiring federal military agents now.

Obama is. Obama’s communists are. What are the numbers THIS YEAR?

I would like to suggest that the federal government have approximately zero law enforcement officers. If the feds feel that powers of arrest need to be exercised, that they should ask the sheriffs in the relevant locations to please render assistance. Perhaps there could be some narrow exceptions such as the Secret Service, but the exceptions should be few and narrowly and explicitly defined, including a justification why their work can not possibly be performed by local law enforcement.

I'm sure that the governator of the Federal colonial lands in Nevada, Rustler Reid, and his handpicked minion at the BLM, Neil Kornze, already had Clark County Sheriff Gillespie in their hip pocket.

Most recent data I could fine. I’m sure things are much worse now.

Agreed. Why does each agency need LEOs? That would be like each dept in my city having it’s own little police force. Sanitation police, Housing police, Water & Power police, etc.

It all comes down to federal "grants" to local law enforcement. It allows the feds to control the local depts by threatening to withdraw funding of they don't cooperate.

Federal grants like that, to education, law enforcement, etc, need to be terminated.

That may be true, although the militia would have still showed up. (IOW the thousands of BLM people wouldn’t have been there.) In any case, there might be a lot of jurisdictions where the sheriff isn’t in the pocket of the feds, and so the feds would be much more constrained there, even if the Clark County NV is completely corrupt.

Tax revolt on a large scale to defund the fed would help alot. If you could get people to participate that is.

RE: Most recent data I could fine.

How about that. I have extracted and posted data from DoJ crime stats but I personally am unable to find the particular stats I want for the Obama-Holder Department of Just Us and Our People years 2009 and beyond.

1995 1996 1997 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008

The stats show overwhelming black-on-white crime especially sex crimes.

I want these open to the public because the stats are undeniable proof that the Victims Industry is based entirely on lies, lies, and more lies. There were several years between 1995 and 2008 when there were zero white-on-black sex crimes.

Look for Statistical Tables, Criminal Victimization in the United States, [YYYY] Statistical Tables, Table 42: "Percent distribution of single-offender victimizations, by type of crime, race of victim, and perceived race of offender""Rape/Sexual assault"

(Unless the Obama-Holder Department of Just Us and Our People deleted the files or changed the data.)

Your suggestion is exactly what our founders intended. Since federal law enforcement was not enumerated as a power of the federal government, law enforcement, therefore, is left to the states. As you pointed out, some “narrow exceptions” such as FBI, Secret Service are justifiable.

As far as I’m concerned we can’t have too few Fed LEO’s.

I don’t think the FBI could justify their existence, except to the point they are *investigators*. But, LEOs, no.

Therein lays the rub, that little word “agency” if I am not mistaken in the legal sense means they only have authority over people within that agency, and not, well basically, “us”. Which is the same scope of why agencies in all actuality can only interceed within their own sphere of influence but not outside of it.

Give an agency a cop and he’s gonna find someone to harass

I agree that the FBI should limit their activities to investigations.
