When our borders are secure, and other countries have paid us for expenses we’ve incurred because of their citizens having entered this country illegally, immigration reform, along with green card rules can be reasonably discussed. Doing anything now, while this nation is being plundered by illegals and law breaking immigrants, is lunacy. It isn’t our fault that other countries can’t govern themselves in a way that provides for the security and prosperity of their citizens. Does Rand want to take on that responsibility?
