Omg!!!! Further down his twitter feed he says.....”When you see tea partiers driving or swerving call the police - likely they have a gun in vehicle and no carry/concealed. Let the laws work”

To: I want the USA back

And probably less chance that he’ll ever be elected.

In one of his other twits, he said he called the Richmond cops on some “Tea Partiers” because they were “protesting” without a permit. How would he know? He hates the first two amendments with a passion.

Since he’s involved with a strip club, I’m sure he’s got connections with drug dealers, prostitutes, and crooked cops.

I do know Virginia law, and without it being official business of the county or state, or probable cause by law enforcement: the act of checking the database is against the law. The actual solicitation isn’t.

Heh....I just now “hit him” - I’ve had a Twitter account for years, but never used it once....until just now.

Just a guess, but I imagine Piedmont Search and Rescue is going to come under pressure to fire this guy. Even if he is a ‘work for free’ volunteer.

I put the ‘work for free’ in quotes, as a lot of the Lefts ‘volunteer’ organizations are paid by taxpayers.

I would submit that running a tag simply because someone is a member of the Tea Party would be a violation of the First Amendment. It’s a blatant attempt to silence the Conservative voice.

They will do it anyway. They don't care about law, order, or decency. There are never any repercussions, why should they fear anything? Then they wonder why we are pissed.

Thanks for the knowledgeable reply. How about if the solicitation is acted upon and he is supplied with the data?

There should be some incitement charge that might make the grade

Potentially very dangerous if the wrong cop pulls a guy over.

It depends. If the recipient knowingly accepts data that was “stolen” from confidential databases, then yes. But it has to be proven that it came from a government source; and that is tricky.

And these leftard fascists would have no problem calling in a false anonymous tip that the guy is waving a gun around or something equally stupid.

AT least he’s honest. But the thing that is missing is how he will represent the people in his district.
