Following the announcement, Mr Rogozin said that fresh US sanctions against Moscow could compromise US astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS).

It seems the guy (and not Vlad by the way, my mistake) was seeking to say that if sanctions hurt the rocket divisions, it could jeopardize the safety of our Astronauts who depend on their vehicles for a safe return from the Space Station.

It could be that some of Vlad’s friends control the rocket works. Who knows?
