Donald Sterling has been shamed, fined $2.5 million and banned for life by the NBA for his incendiary remarks about race. But none of that changes the fact that Sterling still owns the Los Angeles Clippers, which gives him options."This may set up nicely for him," said David Carter, executive director of USC's Sports Business Institute. "He could ride off into the sunset a la Frank McCourt."

I’m just sick of the constant cries of racism in this country. It is shutting down freedom all over the place. So what if an old man doesn’t want his personal tramp hanging out with black men? Cry me a river, Magic Johnson!

For the first time in his career, Z. Brezinski said something intelligent on tv this morning. He said something to the effect that Obama has to knock off worrying about the NBA and worry instead about Putin.

I’d be weighing

“Fiji or the Virgin Islands”...

Yes, as in, which one of these do I want to buy?

Personally, I'd take Fiji.

Tip of the hat to him, nice comment. Unfortunately, it is the only thing this fraud knows to do, push the race card. I will not rest easily till that sack of crap is out of the white hut...worse then Niro.

Magic may have been involved with the whole set-up. What about a racketeering case against Ervin Johnson?

He bought the franchise in 1981 for $12.5 million. Today’s worth is around $600 million.

Seriously, who cares about the Clippers?

They are the second team in LA. Why would they be worth that much at all?

“If only Sterling had said ugly things about the right group….Tea Party, Christians, or conservatives, things would have gone differently.”

Yeah, he’s the “wrong kind” of bigot! He’s bigoted with respect to people the left likes.

If he was a Republican it would be mentioned in every story...

He should sell the team to the consortium Rush Limbaugh is part of.

That will make heads explode.
