Utah lawmaker moves to disarm BLM, IRS, says ‘They’re not paramilitary units’

Rep. Chris Stewart of Utah, concerned about the armed agents that surrounded Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s property, introduced a bill to cut funding for any “paramilitary units” that work for the Bureau of Land Management, the Internal Revenue Service and other federal regulatory agencies.

“There are lots of people who are really concerned when the BLM shows up with its own SWAT team,” he said on the House floor on Tuesday, the Salt Lake Tribune reported. “They’re regulatory agencies. They’re not paramilitary units, and I think that concerns a lot of us.”

The DOE has no business existing, period....I always ask how many students has the NEA educated? How many oil wells has DOE drilled? How many times has the NWB stopped a storm?

The BLM shot more than Bundy’s prize breeding bulls. They shot a number of cows, and separated new calves from their mothers, endangering the life of the calf.

Think hard about WHY the BLM showed up with a very large BACKHOE before any confrontation even started.

They KNEW they were going to kill cattle deliberately.

Hurrah! It was well established that there is _no_ Federal police power. What illusions were used to ignore this? Disarm the DC bureaucrats to keep our republic.

When I seen the pictures of this SWAT team I hit the roof. What in the hell is King Obama and his communists empire building. How about brown shirts killing machine to be used on WHO? US!!!! America is in one hell of a land of the pre Hitler. If we do not stop the communists America will be a dictatorship with communists killing those that oppose.

Meanwhile the main question hasn’t been asked about the BLM. Who authorized them to go to Bundy’s ranch? Did it come from the White Hut or from Harry Reid’s office?
