He was cc'd on the email. Yep. Carney himself received the talking points from Rhodes in the WH. His talking points did NOT come from the CIA.
He was lying like a top a couple years ago when he claimed that Rhodes had nothing to do with it.

Valerie, the lizard faced POS is on guard 24/7 to protect the bozo...and he was not available that nite..first reports were that they were scrambling to come up with a story to cover their behinds. The bozo was suppose to go to a fund raiser the next morning, so, if anything, he'd probably be with Reggie during the fund raiser.
They all kept out of sight because they had to come up with some story..that's my theory.
