Star City teacher being investigated by school district for alleged racist postings

The SPLC says they identified Star City teacher Philip Holthoff as posting racist comments on the site under a pseudonym, "David Lee Saxon."

"I teach social studies in a public high school and I am racially conscious," wrote poster David Lee Saxon.

The SPLC says they were able to identify Holthoff's connection to the website by a donation.

"Mr. Holthoff gave money on April 20th to the site so we were taking a closer look at him and that's how he came up as a donor on Stormfront," said Heidi Beirich of the SPLC.

Beirich says she reached out to Holthoff before publishing his alleged connection to Stormfront.

Star City Superintendent Dr. Richard Montgomery: " Our first obligation is always to the safety, health and well being of our students."

Okay, first off, nobody in their right mind is going to defend Stormfront, but, these pukes don't have anything better to do than troll the internet and ruin people's lives who don't share their own opinions? Good work if you can get it, I guess.

I would guess that the SPLC isn't keen on Freerepublic either-- are they going to start looking over the donation records? Pukes.

And the reason they mention the donation records is so that people will think twice about donating. Trying to get them shut down. The Southern Poverty Law Center is a scam. Someone should look over their books, if they even bother to keep any.

That's exactly what the $PLC is looking for..

20+ years ago the $PLC won a civil law suit against Tom Metzger, his son, and his white supremacist group. The suit was on behalf of a victim of a vicious murder by skinheads of a defenseless black man.

"Using the doctrine of vicarious liability, plaintiffs' attorneys argued that the Metzgers should be found liable for intentionally inciting the skinheads to engage in violent confrontations with minorities. A jury agreed, returning a record $12.5 million verdict against the Metzgers and WAR. Tom Metzger was personally responsible for $5.5 million of that sum."

IIRC the skinheads were not members. They had been exposed to what WAR was putting out publicly. That's all. No other connection.

Fat chance that the $PLC would go after the hundreds of millions of dollars owned by the ones mentioned below;

but it seems to me the conservatives can use the doctrine of vicarious liability to sue the Victims Industry, et al. as they stir up hatred against whites. Make those polar bear hunts and knockout games very expensive for Winfrey, Jackson, Sharpton, MSNBC crew, NAACP, et al.
