I understand the concept of protecting sources, but I can't think of another instance where a media outlet accepts important political information, in this case a tape, on the condition of never publishing it. You do things like that by renting a safety deposit box.

Arab countries need to chip in and BUY land to create a “Palestine’ State. They can buy the land from Jordan or Syria...
