And.....so it begins.

First, Race Police. Then speech police. Then gender police. Then sexuality police. And finally, thought police.

WE ALL KNOW WHAT’S NEXT.

In a thoroughly Marxian republic, neither the law nor common sense means anything.

You just can't tolerate the thought of a black Governor.

Yet the blame rests squarely on the majority of masshole voters who knowing what the politicians stand for enthusiastically elected them. Your neighbors are your enemy.

Markey is perfect in combination with Fauxcahontas for the idiot senator daily double award.

I think that even beats DiFi and Boxer shorts.

NYS was #1 when they had Hillary and Shuck Chumer.

When a lefty like Dershowitz disagrees with another leftwingnut, then you know the left has gone too far.

http://www.markey.senate.gov/

He looks like the kind of moron who feels he can judge other people and tell them what to do.

“That would depend on who is defining the ‘hate crime’.
It would change from political administration to administration.”

There won’t be any significant difference between one administration and the next if the Progressive Left is able to finish what they’ve started. Add 20 million left-leaning voters through Amnesty and figure out a way to control the internet and other “alternative media” and you can count on Clintons, Obamas, Bush’s and Romneys from here on out.

Americans should never have let the concept of “Hate-Crimes” take hold. Once you can increase criminal penalties for “hateful motivations” it’s a very short step indeed to outlawing speech itself.

No doubt about it. He’s pulled some idiotic stunts but this one reflects his superiority complex big time.

This was predictable.
Only ACTIONS can be a crime. Hate is not an action. Therefore hate is not a crime.

But they made it a crime in the minds of many. They did it with “hate crime laws” that added a penalty to a real crime when the crime was motivated by certain specified types of hate.

Then, by magic, they dropped the requirement that there be a real crime.

So now, just plain hate is a crime.

Hey senator, shut up. Your job is to safeguard the rights of your state against the ever growing federal government.

Journalists use the First Amendment as a writ for them to behave as a priestly class, due respect for “objectivity” which they continually demonstrate their lack of.

When it comes to actual respect for the real intent of the First Amendment, hardly anyone can be counted on for that.
