Wall Street is doing really well though. Those boys are cleaning up under Obama.

It’s George Bush’s, Ronald Reagon’s, George Washington’s and Thomas Jefferson’s fault.

Watch a large part of the electorate vote close to fifty per-cent for more Progressives.

IMHO

The Obama economy nearly stopped breathing in the first quarter

I'm curious:

How many rounds of golf did Hussein play during this period?

How many economic planning meetings did he attend?

And, although already an unmitigated disaster, Obamacare has barely begun to be implemented yet.

Yet I’ve not seen the phrase

“Recovery for Wall $treet but not Main Street” in the MSM since 2009.

I wonder why?.....

The Progressives have used that phrase numerous times. They blame the lack of results on the Republicans, of course. All the while we know the GOPe are as liberal as some Democrats.
Many say we’re trending toward socialist/communism. But the real system we’re headed for is Neo Patrimonialism where power flows from the top. Central Planning, ie our new two tiered health care system, etc. Those at the top believe they are more capable of telling you what is best for you.
As George Carlin said, “It’s a big club and you ain’t in it.” But just think of all the money generated by allowing us to think there is a way out and all we have to do is send in a donation.

U.S. exports plunged 7.6 percent, a victim of Obama’s failure to negotiate new trade deals. Business investment fell as many companies cut back on their inventories in the face of a weak economy.

So many trips, so little to show for all those trips

A little while earlier today, John Scott who is subbing for Shep Smith said the reason why the unemployment fell to 6.3 percent was because they stopped counting those who quit looking for jobs.

Supposedly 800k dropped out of the labor force last quarter (year?).

After 5 years of this crap the MSM should hang for reporting it as anything other than an economic catastrophe.

Looking at your graph it is notable the shift to “free trade” and outsourcing began during the G H W Bush term in the early 1990’s. As factories have been moved out of the country, and jobs have been cut, profits have soared. Big business loves overseas slave labor and government subsidized investment.
