The official building is now known to be almost certainly what is known as the government building the "Trade Union House" where anti-Maidan, anti-Kiev activists had holed themselves up after their camp was apparently destroyed. Some reports have it that nationalists and what have been deemed the "football fans" torched the building.

It is reported that there are videos circulating (real time videos) taken at the time by those who were inside the building as the building was burning and people were suffocating...

It was the Trade Union House, and now the tally is 31. BBC says that Ukraine's interior ministry has not said who started the fire.

The pro-Putin hooligans were shooting from the building and throwing Molotov cocktails. Kind of hard to help people like that. Not clear if the hooligans set fire to the building themselves. Reports are that the hooligans received weapons early this morning at a Russian Orthodox church in preparation for violently disrupting the pro-Ukrainian march. Apparently, Putin’s terrorists were expecting the pro-Ukrainian crowd not to resist as happened last Sunday when so may were viciously beaten in Donetsk.
