This is going on 20 years of appeals. DNA & confession proved he did it.
He raped, strangled to death with her OWN SHOE LACES 8 year old Ashley ‘Nikki’ Read and then threw her body in the river. Even helped hunt for what was thought to be a missing child. Justice has been denied, her mom Debbie still grieves as there is no closure allowed by the Injustice system. She ended up having a nervous break down because it has taken so long and still NO JUSTICE for Nikki.
Yes, first clean up the torture of Christians in Muslim countries, the kidnap and rape of Christian school girls in Nigeria by Muslim jihadis, the burning of Christian churches in India and Indonesia, and the honor killings and beheadings in Saudi Arabia. Then we’ll talk about “inhumane treatment” of our most heinous killers who rape, stab and bury young girls alive.
Not only that, the U.S. should knock down its borders, open immigration to all who wish to enter, confiscate the property and resources of all companies and give them to the “people” , for their benefit, abolish the U.S. Constitution that prevents the federal government from taking care of the needs of all, ban private ownership of firearms and make the possession of them a capital offense.....

I believe that putting the United States under UN control is one of the goals of the people who helped bring Obama to power. If we have any success in the 2014 midterm elections the first thing we should demand of our conservative representatives is an immediate end to all UN influence on US law and the abandonment of the TransPacific Partnership and other UN treaties that are intended to abrogate US law.
When all of Islam gives up the death penalty for that part of humanity they consider to be “Kufir” (really not a capital crime with the rest of the world), and their insistence on “honor killings”, then the US could rethink their position on execution of known and convicted criminals, who have broken the laws of this nation, beyond any possibility of being reformed or redeemed.
Sorry but Sharia Law demands the death penalty for every sin committed by women and a couple that might be committed by men.
