Although it is possible that this is the case, it is more likely that he was part of time travel experiments similar to the one in Philadelphia.

It’s all about momentum. Being subpoenaed to testify at a hearing is not on candidates’ things to do to win votes list. Especially when you have a person who ducked a speaking engagement when they found out the mother of one of the Benghazi victims was going to demonstrate. Benghazi is a deal killer for Hillary. If nothing else, that’s a reason to impeach Obama. Obama may not be removed from office by the Senate, but Hillary will end up as road kill. Works for me. If we get them both, fantastic.
