No; there has to be another reason.

There is no other reason. I have emailed Sen. Scott about my concerns with his, what appears to be ‘joining forces’ with Graham and I would LIKE to hear that Graham, out of his desperation, took it upon himself to include him in those TV ads without his permission.

It's good to hear this. Thank you. Please let us know what you learn one way or another? I'll scratch around a little too.
Either way, I am not looking for an excuse to readily dismiss Senator Scott; I believe he is sincere in saying he is for the same Constitutional conservatives ideals as I.

I will do that. I just hope that Sen. Scott hasn’t been lured into thinking, just because he is a rookie Senator, that is is going to need the GOPe to win his own election bid.

Scott, a conservative in the vein I understand American Constitutional conservatism, should get the primary victory outright and should win in the General Election.
Graham is tying Graham to Scott in ads because Graham knows S.C. knows Scott is a true conservative. Either way, in the fall elections, it will be Scott and another conservative who is not Graham who will be running together for both S.C.'s U.S. Senators' seats. Allow us some hope, okay?
