That's a relevant set of questions, so I'll offer an answer:

First, if you're not going to do anything, STFU.

Second, insist all NATO countries spend 4% of GDP on Defense or we are OUT in 10 years.

Third, pull US Troops out of Afghanistan, replace that worn out equipment and DARE NOT cut the US Military any further.
