Not if the WH also refuses to cooperate. What will Boehner do about that? Posture and that's about it. While these hearings are a year and half late they should be held - however nothing will come of any of this. Not a waste of time but I think some have mistaken expectations. We do have John Boehner on our side unfortunately.

I can't find a link to confirm it, but I heard on the 6pm news on WIBC radio that Kerry will not attend the committee hearing because he will be in Mexico.

The State Dept also said they considered it an insult that he was subpoenaed
