"The spread of polio around the world has become so serious it is now an international public health emergency, the World Health Organization warned today.
The agency said the problem could grow in the next few months and unravel the nearly three-decade effort to eradicate the crippling disease.
It described current polio outbreaks in Asia, Africa and the Middle East as an 'extraordinary event' that required a coordinated international response. It was the first-ever international alert on polio.
'Until it is eradicated, polio will continue to spread internationally, find and paralyze susceptible kids,' Dr Bruce Aylward, who leads WHO's polio efforts."

I wouldn't put it past the UN or WHO to deliberately create a polio epidemic to allow them to bootstrap it to the global government they want so badly.
I just hope this does not spread and is somehow neutralized. Not all epidemics are created by government.
Why is this happening? Because ASAP was a Jew, so many Muslims reject in that part of the work the vaccine as some Zionist plot. No joke.
It does concern me the people who are against vaccinations of any kind. We’ll see this scourge back in the U. S. with our immigration out of control, and folks who don’t trust the pharmaceutical industry, count on it.

(1) Refuse to embrace a capitalist free enterprise economy.
(2) Refuse to give up corruption.
(3) Refuse to accept enforceable contracts.
(4) Refuse to accept the rule of law.
(5) Refuse to recognize and protect private property.

Thanks; knowing what polio can do and has done to so many in the past (Iron Lung Machines anyone?) I’m going to go for it if I can and I strenuously encourage others to do so. I’m not going to wait until the epidemic actually arrives. The WHO wouldn’t be announcing this if it weren’t serious.
I was inoculated in the 1950s. I have no idea if I am immune today or not. I may be. I should probably check it out myself.
That said the solution for this problem could come from our "friends" the Saudis if they are willing to help. Manufacture polio vaccine in either Mecca or Medina, purely for Islamic consumption, free of infidel contact, and clearly so labeled. Have appropriate religious authorities issue Fatwas and pay to have locals go to the source to be trained. The Saudis may not be a Mecca of high tech manufacturing, but there should be enough Muslim talent available to pull this off and it would be a use of Islamic charity to which all could agree.

Truth be told, I see the polio epidemic infesting savage Muslim regions as a blessing in disguise. And I see no reason to cure them now so they can kill us later.
Part of the problem is that in muslim countries they tell people not to get vaccinated because vaccines are evil things designed to kill them from the Great Satan
