Posted on 05/07/2014 12:05:14 PM PDT by Beave Meister
Republican Sen. Ted Cruz released a definitive list Wednesday of 76 lawless Obama administration actions and abuses of power.
Cruzs The Legal Limit Report No. 4, obtained by The Daily Caller, delves into little-known and little-reported details of President Obamas executive actions. Cruz was set to discuss his report at the Federalist Society in the Promenade Ballroom of the Mayflower Hotel in Washington at 2:15 PM Wednesday.
Of all the troubling aspects of the Obama presidency, none is more dangerous than the Presidents persistent pattern of lawlessness, his willingness to disregard the written law and instead enforce his own policies via executive fiat, Cruz stated in the reports introductory remarks.

Since this morning...
Looks like at least 76 items for the articles of impeachment next year.
back in the day i think we counted 58-gates with the Clintons so Zero has them beat by about 20 - with 2 years to go.
He needs to nail them to the White House’s front door.
I listened to a couple hours of your filibuster. You know The Federalist.
You know that no series of elections can cure what ails our republic.
When will you publicly support what needs to be done?
The Senate... and a 2/3rds majority at that.
(I should be a little more clear: obviously the House may impeach, but unless there’s a Senate majority to support them, it’s both pointless and political suicide)
The FBP won’t and can’t be impeached. He’s absolutely unaccountable due to his melanin shield.
In light of what we’ve seen from Sen. Cruz and Cong. Gowdy maybe we should put more hard core former prosecutors in office.
Must be a typo, as I count 1776, - - - - per year.
Keep on making us proud Ted, keep on making us proud!
The left....is abut to get THE wakeup call!!
The Democrat party being the one calling for it. Obama will never, ever be impeached unless it is a Democrat-led effort.
So that would be pretty much never.
Front Page news?
“...the House may impeach, but unless theres a Senate majority to support them, its both pointless and political suicide...”
Sounds like there needs to be a way to impeach other branches of govt. If the Senate is unwilling to remove perpetrators of gross crimes, can the Senate be impeached?
The left....is abut to get THE wakeup call!!
Maybe this helps explain their panic mode (FCC warning etc).
lets see what The Great Leader thinks of THIS!!!! ping
Thread pulled....can you give a clue?
He needs to nail them to Obamas forehead. With a sledge hammer!
“Just what will it take to get an actual impeachment going?
The Senate... and a 2/3rds majority at that.”
Nah. Barack Al-Obama can be IMPEACHED tomorrow, by a vote of the House of Representatives. It just takes the SENATE to REMOVE him. But Al-Obama can be easily impeached - the House has the votes - and he will join Andrew Jackson and Bill Clinton in the History books!
Cruz really knows how to push me to the limit. Now I’ll have to make another donation.
You can do what Cruz does when you don’t have a damning NSA file.
Conversely, if your Beohner and you see your NSA file rolled in on a hand truck...well, let’s just say you’d cry now and again too.

I like it!
I hope he reads them all from the Senate floor, and adds a few that he may have forgotten. Bob
So... impeach now.
You can see Cruz’s full report of all 76 items here:
It can’t be a “definitive” list when the asshat has another 2 yrs in office. Hell, he’s got time aplenty to add to the atrocities!
I have been googling for this list for three years now and the closest I could come to a list of Obies crimes is NACHUMLIST but one has to go through thousands of executive orders and lies to find the 76 Lawless Obama Actions. THANK YOU CRUZ.
I think these are 76 of the most outrageous acts that this President has done that should irk every American regardless of party if they really truly care about our country.
When President Obama began his presidency, people were so high on their positive perceptions of him to the degree that it became emotional idolatry. The great expectations people had towards him were to the degree of like superhuman status. And the level of relief people had knowing that the Bush Presidency (which had a fiercely negative perception—one of which I have never seen before in my lifetime) was finally over sharpened their prejudices towards Republicans in general that Barack Obama enjoyed a supermajority in the beginning of his presidency. That said, he had all of the political capital (and then some) he needed to do whatever he wanted to with nobody in his way. The media was in his pocket, and even many Republicans were gracious and cordial ready to give him a chance.
Yet once he had that free ride, and a rubber stamp Congress at his disposal, people were becoming negatively affected by his policies, but they would give him the benefit of the doubt and simply adjust and re-adjust. That said, while people trusted him, made excuses for him, and held out for him to deliver, they were unable (sometimes willingly, and sometimes through all of the various distractions that were designed to divert attention from some of these actions listed) to catch what he was really doing while their hopes were the highest. Now that too many of President Obama’s policies that Republicans did not sign on to are affecting as many people as they are now in a negative sense, are many more becoming angry and perhaps becoming more susceptible now to taking notice of what has been going on while they had their “blinders” on. Needless to say, it’s not looking good, and President Obama and the Democrats will try all that they can to keep their hold on the power they have because not only do their careers depend on it, but the probability that they may be held accountable for their lawless actions may hurt them in far more ways than meets the eye. That said, Ted Cruz’s report, the call to investigate the actions of this administration, and how the Democrats will respond will determine what happens next. Will the Democrats overreach like they always do? At what length will they overreach? No doubt, it will be epic, and we will be watching.
I would love for Obama to be gone. But impeaching him won’t get rid of Biden, Reid, Pelosi, Holder, Clinton, Kerry abd their supporters. To say nothing of McCain, Boehner, Graham, McConnell, and those supposedly on “our” side. Until we can clean house of all of them, what can change?
I agree. Cruz has provided the clarity and statesmanship that has encapsulated the level of POTUS corruption never seen at this level of office.
My opinion? He'd practically have to murder one of those kidnapped Nigerian girls on the White House lawn in full view of TV cameras. It's literally that bad right now.
You are RIGHT! I was THINKING Andrew Johnson, after the Civil war, but I miss-typed Andrew Jackson, the great Patriot who kicked British ass in the battle of New Orleans! Thanks for correcting me!
Flame away but I don’t think anything can be done. The powerful is already TOO powerful. It can’t be stopped. The only possible way something MIGHT be done is with strong leaders calling for a complete re-do of the system. But the only way that could succeed is if the people have a hundred, or thousand, Edward Snowdens hacking the feds’ system. And that won’t work IF the government is on it’s own power grid. And it probably is.
The democrats alone are not the problem. The republicans alone are not the problem. It’s the powerful elite of both parties.
Both parties love to see two sides hating each other. That means no one is watching all of them.
I thought I’d made a mistake last year, but I was wrong.
“When will you start-——?” That is indeed the necessary starting point. I’ve pointed out from the start of the Kenyan’s dumbass counter-republic policies that the first step is to produce a bill of particulars. No trial, impeachment, or any other appropriate proceeding can be started or finished without clearly stated charges. Assuming we stay within constitutional limits to purge ourselves of this White Hut marxist Cruz is doing the first necessary step.
Your (our) job is to help refine that list-—put a sharp point on it so to speak-—then get the prosecution going. Then get the roll-back going that will be necessary if the mess the Kenyan has made is to be cleaned up.
Ha-ha! Good one!
