The House of Representatives voted Wednesday to hold former IRS official Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress for refusing to testify about the agency’s targeting of conservative groups.

Good. I was hoping Boehner wouldn’t go wobbly again. That will come later, when she is clearly judged as guilty and deserving of swift punishment through the court system.

When Boehner and crew had the chance to shut down Obamacare by funding everything except Obamacare, they folded and let the Democrats win the narrative.
This is a symbolic gesture at best.
Get back to me when they actually impeach someone or do something that stops Obama and his minions.

Was she handcuff and tossed into jail or will she be getting a phone call from Eric Holder who also was found in contempt where he will say to her “nothing to worry about, the republicans never follow up”

I’m hopeful that the tide is turning and that more actions will follow.
I pray that God will enlighten those who are misled and that they will see the danger in their choices.

I wish the rules would be changed for both Congress and the Senate that “abstaining from voting” will be removed, and you MUST vote for or against anything.

UPDATE: According to the Roll Call, there were 6 Democrats who voted for contempt and they are the following:
Ron Barber (D-AZ)
John Barrow (D-GA)
Mike McIntyre (D-NC)
Patrick Murphy (D-FL)
Collin Peterson (D-MN)
Nick Rahall (D-WV)
It has come to my attention that Eric Holder must recuse or face disbarment for conflict of interests. Because of this a grievance should be filed if he does not appoint independent counsel on that scum bag Lois Lerner. This is absolutely true. There is no gray line here, Holder is politically corrupt. I would petition Federal Judge Lambert to file the grievance in the ethics committee!!! This is dead on folks— Clinton was disbarred!! Lambert can also bar him from practice in his court as a sanction. Let’s fight!!
