Too much time on his hands. EPA needs to be eliminated along with many other unconstitutional executive controlled departments, and their supporting bureaucracies.

Well I remember many years ago when the Buena Park,Ca. PD would wait until the Pussycat Theater started showing a new set of movies to raid them so that the whole force could watch them trying to determine if they were pornographic. So I guess they were paid to watch porn too. What’s sad is that this guy apparently still did his job well enough to score bonuses. I always had a job where I actually had to work.
As a Lib he’s a narcissist. As a narcissist, he loves himself. So 6 hours a day seems about right to ‘express it’.
The EPA needs to be done away with. It should never have existed to begin with.

the EPA doesn't work with their own private money , it's someone else’s money so what do they care what their “workers” do ? government is totally unaccountable and must be abolished
a small business owner has to produce a good product to stay in business and he pays his workers with his own money so he is going to make sure they work and produce. a government agency gets a budget of billions of dollars per year from the taxpayer. the EPA budget is in the billions$ of dollars per year. this is the fleecing of America. and the few workers that sometimes do something just oppress businesses
