Because, at the time she saw no political advantage to it. And human carnage be damned, political advantage is all she cares about. Just as when she was running for Senator in NY and she needed to capture the Hispanic vote.

This is a case that should be added to Trump’s arsenal against Hillary now.

It’s probably too old to get attention on its own, but it belongs in some discussions and analyses of how Hillary and Bill will do anything for politics, have no scruples, have coddled terrorists etc.
