SALISBURY, Md. - A 17-year-old boy is out on bail after being arrested and charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in the hallway of the high school they attend in Salisbury, Md., while class was going on, reports CBS affiliate WBOC.
Jocori Scarborough, of Delmar, Md., is charged as an adult with rape, assault, reckless endangerment, kidnapping, false imprisonment and molestation at a school, according to the station.
Authorities say the incident occurred around 8 a.m. Monday at Parkside High School. The victim reportedly told detectives she was walking with Scarborough when he began making sexual advances toward her. Detectives said surveillance video shows Scarborough grabbing the girl by the arm and then forcing her to an area of the school not captured by surveillance video, reports the station.
Investigators said the victim repeatedly told Scarborough, "no," but he continued to forcefully hold her, dragging her down the hall.
Scarborough ultimately forced sexual intercourse on the girl, investigators say.

First thing I wondered, was why wasn’t she screaming bloody murder at the top of her lungs? Surely someone would of come then.

I have a cop friend there. This is not the first time for this kid. The cops knew him and were just waiting for him to do this kind of thing. Salisbury is turning into a bad place.
The race of the victim is being left out. I wonder why?
That culture sure seems to be mostly focused on aggression and sex. When one’s forebearers have pissed away all opportunities to improve themselves for penny-ante freebies and a lazy lifestyle, all’s left is “what feels good right now”.

Now my source tells me that he was arrested again the next day and once again a judge let him out. This case is going to be an election issue out there. It’s generally a very traditional, conservative area.
Praying that America wakes up is not good enough. Prayer would not wake me up.
