Gay couples in Arkansas line up outside courthouse

About 10 gay couples are lined up outside of a county courthouse in northwest Arkansas a day after a judge ruled that the state's same-sex marriage ban was unconstitutional.

It isn't clear whether any same-sex marriage licenses will be issued Saturday, because couples must find a clerk willing to do so.

Pulaski County Circuit Judge Chris Piazza ruled Friday that Arkansas' 2004 voter-approved amendment to the state constitution violates the rights of gay couples.

Time for the earth to split open and swallow them....or lightning strikes. Remember to fear your Lord! God did worse to the sodomites. Our day is coming for letting this happen.

20 faggots lined up to press their issue for 10 minutes = national news.

250,000 conservatives holding an all-day rally on the Washington mall for the whole day = not national news.

The headline is amusing.....line up
Saying line up denotes massive couples.
Then they write about ten “couples”, really about ten?
Ten is a very small number, one would think the reporter could say ten couples...reason they did not because there were not ten couples....less (but you can’t write.....homosexuals don’t really care about this issue.

Time for the earth to split open and swallow them....or lightning strikes.

According to 2 Peter 3:9, God is patient with them, not wanting any of them to perish but all of them to repent. I know it's difficult to focus on that, but what if God gad decided to strike when many of us were still lost in our sin? God will give them the same chance He gave us.

Our day is coming for letting this happen.

That day may already be here. I'm beginning to think illegal immigration is God's way of replacing a population that has abandoned Him with one that believes in Him. For example: Hispanic rally overwhelms Rhode Island State House at "gay marriage" hearing, followed by 12-hours of testimony. Committee vote pending. If so, whose side do we want to be on?

“... 2004 voter-approved amendment to the state constitution ...”

So how can this imbecile judge say it is not constitutional? The state constitution was amended to make it constitutional. This incompetent judges ruling should be completely ignored and then he should be thrown in prison.

“a judge ruled that the state’s same-sex marriage ban was unconstitutional.”

Because same-sex “marriage” is in the Constitution, of course. It’s just in those parts that only liberal judges can see with their secret decoder rings. The will of the people is thwarted yet again by the power structure of the elite. Revolutions and civil wars get fought over that sort of thing.

Same stunt they pulled in Michigan.

The judge overturned the will of the voters, a handful of county clerks opened their offices on a Saturday to hand out marriage licenses, and the federal appeals court granted a stay to shut it down.

We can assume that he ruled that the state amendment violated the federal constitution. That doesn’t make sense, either, but it would be consistent with what’s been happening with the jurisprudence in this area. Once they find an imaginary right in the federal constitution, states can’t forbid it through their own constitutions.

2 Homosexuals cannot breed.

They have to go outside to an opposite sex member or the result of an opposite sex member in order to breed.

10% of marriages are sterile [US Census]

100 percent of homosexual relationships are non-issued progeny.

All homosexuals are issue of heterosexual unions, including marriages.

ergo, homosexual falls outside the very definition and actual practice and efficaciousness of marriage.

homosexual “marriage” is a falsehood and a lie.

Ergo homosexuals do have a father, the devil, the father of lies.

ALL homosexuals are issue from heterosexual unions,

including marriage.

Ergo, Homosexuality is inferior to and totally dependent upon heterosexual relationships and marriages for their existence.

Thus homosexuality in and for itself breeds non-existence, i.e., extinction, which is what the devil wants.

Interesting argument in Ypsilanti Mi. Blacks want to stand with the state in opposing gay marriage. Its really a turf war between blacks and gays but I’m standing with the blacks on it for now.

Blacks vote against it whenever they have the chance. Some don’t like how the rhetoric of the civil right movement is being co-opted. Even Obama had to act like he opposed gay “marriage” for years. My whole life I’ve heard that blacks and hispanics are social conservatives, and seen them vote Democrat. Maybe there’s some opportunity for a conservative to peel away a couple of percentage points. It would take guts to say what would need to be said.

bad article.

so a state constitutional amendment was federally unconstitutional or just state unconstitutional part of the state constitution?

an amendment becomes part of the constitution.

This judge is a fool and should have been flunked out of law school.

Haven’t read the decision, but he probably based it on the Federal Constitution. Again. I’m just assuming

Not supporting the decision, just trying to answer your question.
