Sharron Angle speaking in Shasta County

TOPICS: Announcements; News/Current Events; US: California
KEYWORDS: sharronangle; shastacounty
Tea Party heroine Sharron Angle will be speaking, in Shasta County on Monday, May 19th, 6 p.m. at the Shasta Bible College. Those who live in the North State might want to know. Her presentation is sponsored by the Shasta County Republican Assembly which is the Christian conservative wing of the Shasta County Republican Party.

Mrs. Angle came to national fame for her run against U.S. Senate Majority leader Harry Reid. She is presently engaged in a petition effort to put Voter photo ID on the ballot in NV. This week a judge changed the text of the petition and Angle has until June 17th to get 101,667 petition signatures. The judge's decision was the result of a lawsuit to stop the petition by the ACLU.

Her response to the judge's ruling is at the Nevada Republican Assembly Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/groups/25521557400/permalink/10152070156727401/

Her own website is: sharronangle.com

She was not the best candidate, but she is doing great work now.
I saw her speak in AZ and she is producing some really good commercials.

Sharron Angle is great.

Dean Heller, Joe Heck, Mark Amodei are cowards and support amnesty. Governor Sandoval increased DMV wait times with his pandering to illegals.

So if Harry Reid lost we’d be dealing with Chuck Schumer.

I’m liking Harry Reid admitting Adelson works for liberal policies and all the stupid stuff that Reid is coming out with.

She wasn’t the best candidate but if she’s trying to make a positive difference now, I am all for her.

This is one thing the establishment GOP are so stupid at. They have to rely on others to get good questions on the ballot.

They lost the Michigan Governor race in 2006 while 58% voted against affirmative action.

They lost the Montana Senate and Governor race to Obama bootlicker Jon Tester while 79.51% voted to cut off welfare to illegals with LR121.

“Until I feel comfortable with the system we have in place today, I will support affirmative action,” says Dick DeVos, the GOP’s candidate for governor.

Well, I think you all should know she's a well intentioned woman that is literally married to a retired BLM agent that strongly objects to everything that's been done by NV ranchers in regard to the Sage Brush Rebellion! He's as negative toward them every bit as much as Harry Reid.

I know he's not a literal political combatant like she has been, but pillow talk is one of the most powerful things in political life!!!

“Tea Party heroine Sharron Angle ....”

More like “Tea Party heroin”; she was a junk candidate, got well meaning conservatives hooked, and destroyed their dreams.

I supported and contributed to Sharron Angle in 2006, when she ran in the GOP primary for the open NV-02 U.S. House seat, when she fell just short of defeating Dean Heller, called for a recount and lost in the recount as well; but instead of being a good loser and living to fight another day, Angle sued to try to get the results thrown out and a new primary held, based on nothing but sour grapes. So I learned my lesson about Angle pretty quick and was wise enough to steer clear of her in the 2010 Senate primary for the right to take on Harry Reid; unfortunately, too many conservatives (including many FReepers) fell for her spiel, and she managed to blow what should have been a sure-fire GOP pickup.
