Complications in SF 'Shrimp Boy' Prosecution (RAT Yee's shoulder fired missiles)

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - Accused Chinatown gangster Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow has refused to sign on to a protective order that will allow defense attorneys to receive evidence from federal prosecutors, including audio recordings and video surveillance, from a five-year undercover investigation that led to his arrest, and the arrest of 26 others in March.

Attorneys for the federal government on Thursday filed a motion to compel Chow to cooperate, noting that nearly all the other defendants have signed on, and only one other defendant has not signed because of a likely substitution of counsel in the near future.

According to the government's motion, Chow was advised not to sign by his attorney Tony Serra, who asked that the government be required to make special arrangements to turn over evidence to him. The government asked the court to "resist this temptation."

IS THIS THE REASON RAYMOND WONT SIGN OFF?

“SHRIMP BOY'S” EXTENSIVE TIES TO CALIFORNIA DEMOCRAT PARTY (A love story)
Tea Party Tribune, 4/13/14 | Paul Winters / FR Posted by dignitasnews

Raymond "Shrimp Boy" Chow (full name Raymond Chow Kwok Cheung), the reputed San Francisco China Town Racketeer has a much more extensive relationship than some in the mainstream media would like to point out. Chow, who was in connection with a Federal probe which included disgraced California State Senator Leland Yee, has numerous connections to powerful California Democrats, particularly since his early release from a 24 year prison sentence on 2003.

Since his release, Chow has been increasingly active in Democrat politics circles, regularly sharing the spotlight with leading Democrats, entertainers, Hollywood executives and socialites as part of the elite San Francisco nightlife. Upon his release, he began working with various city-sponsored organizations, including his work with "at-risk youth" of which he received praise and honors from various Democrat power brokers.

As a result, he became heavily involved in community politics, and claimed to be pitching a movie to Hollywood about his life. He was being honored by the likes of San Francisco Mayor Edwin Lee, Assemblyman Tom Ammiano and U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein.

At a 2009 City Hall press conference, following a banquet held in his honor, Chow stated, "all the criminal past I had, I cannot deny that but today I do not represent crime. I do not represent violence and gangs."

--snip--

POLITICAND LINE UP TO HONOR SHRIMP BOY The city gave him a certificate of honor, arranged by Democrat Supervisor Fiona Ma. He was honored by Senator Diane Feinstein and other high-level politicians------he received a "Change Agent" award given to him by Bayview Hunters Point Multipurpose Senior Services.

In his Facebook post directly after the raids, he declared, "Don't believe everything you read or hear. Make your decision after you meet me and get to know me. I got to laugh today and I hope this photo does the same for you."

Amazing that the LAT is reporting on gun-grabber Yee's deadly activities. LAT should now get on the ball, and investigate Democrat connections to Yee's activities.

THIS STORY COULD DWARF YEE'S TERRORSTIC CORRUPTION : Just before the Yee scandal broke, US Sen Dianne Feinstein---Senate Intel Committee head---whined about the CIA looking through her computers and taking documents. In light of the Yee scandal, this has more resonance now than when Di began her whining.

Just wondering. Did Di use her access to valuable US security data improperly? Is hubby cutting new deals w/ the Chi/Coms? Hubby Richard Blum made millions in China deals in past years. How'd he do that?

GOVERNMENT FOR SALE: CONTACT YOUR LOCAL DEMOCRAT PARTY Scumbag Democrat Yee conferred government legitimacy on China citizen, Shrimp Boy Chow's, "Ghee Kung Tong" criminal enterprise; Yee used government power and resources to issue an official state proclamation honoring the group.

The SF/GATE reports Democrat Yee took Chow's $6,800.....and used government resources and tax dollars----to officially "honor" the "Chinese brotherhood organization" that his arms trafficking co-conspirator Shrimp Boy Chow had allegedly turned into a criminal enterprise.

==============================================

DI/FI SUCKS UP Taking her cues from a fellow Scumocrat, US Senator Dianne Feinstein "Honored" Raymond Chow---a criminal conspiring to commit anarchy. Clearly, Shrimp Boy Chow had something Sen Feinstein needed.

IS DI/FI'S HUBBY THAT SMART? Di's hubby made millions doing deals in China. Did M/M Di/Fi get any help from Yee? From Shrimp Boy Chow? Intros to helpful Chinese officials....for a fee?

INCONVENIENT FACTOID As Head of the Senate Intel Committee--Di/Fi gets valuable ntl security intel that is very valuable the global market...especially among America's enemies.

========================================

The yummy collateral effect:

Everytime anyone in California mentions “gun control,” stop the grabbers in their tracks. Just ask 'em: “ARE YOU RUNNING GUNS TOO? Never let the conversation get any further than that!

I don’t understand how the prosecutors can withhold evidence from the defense, especially if the defense doesn’t want to cooperate with the prosecutors. I understand there might be some kind of “National Security” angle to this because of the gun-running, but this is starting to sound like the government wants this case thrown out on purpose.

Hmmm....... Maybe I answered my own question.

If he won’t sign the order, don’t give him the documents. Let him defend himself without them.
