way too wealthy for his own good . a total slave to the power of the P . after years of marriage to his yenta , it’s no wonder but he could have traveled the world and enjoyed himself without limit with the ladies out there . instead he stayed in L.A. and became a helpless target of the slutty high price harlots there . he is getting what he deserves . not for his racism , but for his unbelievable stupidity .

I smell opening salvo lawyer strategy.

He was told what words to say, and he's saying them.

Then comes the demand for acceptance.

The LEGAL demand.

That is correct. Normally the proceeds would be taxed as capital gains (20%) but under the IRS rules for adverse sales where a party is forced to sell, there is no tax due.

1) Sterling is A LAWFUL OWNER.

2) What if magic Johnson and Co. want to pay NOTHING? Is he obligated to simply give up the team for the “sin” of saying something people don’t like IN PRIVATE?
