Cristina Simoes was watching television with her son Camron when their apartment complex caught on fire. At first she went to the front door only to realize that a heavy smoke was filling the hallways, blocking their escape.
While waiting for First Responders, she finally realized she had no choice but to jump with her baby. The superhuman mom said of her choice:
“It’s so worth it because he’s okay.”

Contrast this mother with one filming her own abortion. This one deserves the honor and television interviews.
Says she would do it again. Said her child’s life is above her own. Yet the media heralds selfish creeps like Sandra Fluke.

Heck ya, this mother is a hero and an inspiration. She showed true motherly instincts.
Reminds me of a story of pastor’s wife I knew, she slipped and fell down some icy concrete stairs carrying her youngest child, and her instinct was to wrap her arms and tuck the child into her and take the impact with her body. God bless these real mothers. Pastor’s wife fully recovered, and I pray this brave young lady makes a full recovery.
I’ll be including this lady in my prayers.

Life is so precious. The contrast between this magnificent woman and those who do not value life - Chinese, Islamists, abortion advocates – is startling.
There was no discernible thought process - it was instinct and I just did it. How anyone can do otherwise is something I don't understand.

That seems unclear. It was a very major injury, but the relatives claim she may have wiggled her toes. The video had a lot more details.
According to a different thread today, there is a strong chance the woman filming her own abortion was faking it (there is no evidence she was even pregnant).
Sounds to me like there’s an issue with this building’s life safety or fire protection features. Why was her only exit blocked with smoke? Know your surroundings folks! Think about the way out from your home and work. Consider one use smoke hoods or better yet, scba escape systems if you do not have two fully protected exits that lead to the outside.

Not to take away from her maternal instincts in action but there are no “superhuman” women OR men. It only goes to show that human beings are capable of extraordinary feats when faced with unusually threatening circumstances.
Yes. A real mom doing what any real mom would do. Supermom? Maybe nowadays, compared to the growingly sad excuses for moms we see so much of.
Good moms are just that- good mothers. No reason to lower the bar just because some mothers do what should be expected of them. A Supermom might be a mother who makes it work for the entire household without a father figure and/or husband being involved and in the US, we know how there are more of those kinds of households than ever.
That thing which you did for your child are no longer considered the norm. I am the same way, but these days, people will wring their hands and make a phone call maybe, or just pull out a recording device and capture it all on tape.
