The Obama administration appears to have a terrorist “hands off” list that permits individuals with extremist ties to enter the country, according to internal Department of Homeland Security (DHS) documents obtained by a United States Senator.
It’s unimaginable that any government would do this, but it seems like the Obama administration is constantly breaking new ground. The disturbing details of this secret initiative were made public this week by Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley, who has obtained DHS electronic mail discussing what could be a terrorist “hands off” list. The exchange includes a 2012 email chain between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) asking whether to admit an individual with ties to various terrorist groups. The individual had scheduled an upcoming flight into the U.S., according to an announcement issued by the senator.
The person was believed to be a member of the Muslim Brotherhood and a close associate and supporter Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, according to the mail exchange obtained by Grassley’s office. The terrorist suspect had also been in secondary inspection “several dozen times of the past several years,” the agency emails reveal, but had not undergone a secondary inspection since 2010. This seems to imply that the suspect has been on the U.S. government’s radar for some time.

We let Obama have a kill list for drone strikes, it makes sense that he’d have a corresponding list for terrorists he likes.
He’s conducting his own tribal war on certain islamic tribes while arming others (Benghazi was just one instance).

Just as the businesses and unions that have White House connections are excused from following the law, it looks like terrorists with White House connections have the same privilege.

There are legitimate reasons for letting some of these clowns into the country:
1. Having them on our soil gives our intelligence agencies all kinds of opportunities.
2. Our intelligence services can gain physical access to their communications, hack their phones, etc.
3. They may have been turned or are informants, and are supplying us with intel.
This may not be the first time that a member of congress who was trying to do the right thing bumped up against a secret operation and mistook it for graft or incompetence. Harry Truman, for example, as head of a committee to investigate corruption in defense programs, kept encountering a secret project that sucked up money like nobody’s business. It turned out to be the atomic bomb project.
Maybe Grassley is correct and these folks with terrorist ties are being allowed to enter and roam the country at will. But if are intelligence agencies are not taking full advantage of the opportunity to track and compromise them, then the real crime is gross incompetency in Foggy Bottom.
I am trying to think of a reason why any government would allow this person into the US.
The most likely reason is the the FBI intended to put a trace on this person, with the hope of being lead to a domestic terrorist cell.
Although it is a little unusual that DHS wouldn’t let Grassley know this.

They have failed to identify terrorists in the U.S. Major Hadad, the Fort Hood shooter, was a member of the Obama transition team and was a known jihadist. The Obama Administration said that Fort Hood was worth it because it was a small price to pay for diversity.
The Russians gave them information on the Boston bombers. The DHS ignored it.
The Obama Administration just released thousands of violent criminals who were illegal aliens.
They Obama Administration is targeting honest businessmen, the Tea Party, principled conservatives and patriots. They are going after ranchers and farmers in the west.
They are an evil and corrupt Administration.
I’m amazed the idiots who won World War II for us didn’t realize inviting German and Japanese spies to the US - (and other assorted killers) - was a great idea... Wow they sure missed that one.

What’s the big deal? Maybe one of them will be the next President of the US.
Of course there is a hands off list. Those are the terrorists that are working with the Obama administration. They do various covert actions for Uncle Sammy. Like attempting to assassinate Assad on more then one occasion. Or taking control of the Egyptian government temporarily. Or shooting demonstrators in the Ukraine. Or hunting down Ghadaffi and killing him like a dog in the streets. These are complex operations that require regular planing.
