Thank God, no more having to choke down all that chocolate and wine, everyone can now return to their rice cakes and oat bran.

I don't tend to trust studies as they are often funded by outside firms that have a stake in the outcome.
Big Pharma is terrified of the supplement industry because natural supplements generally cannot be patented. If people find out that an herb or combination of naturally occurring minerals has the same effect as a very expensive drug, Big Pharma could lose billions.
Curcumin, found in the spice Turmeric, has been found to profoundly lower systemic inflammation. Right now, some Big Pharma firms are trying find a way to slightly alter the molecular structure of Curcumin so they can patent and market it for big bucks with a phony-baloney brand name like Curcamex or Turmerol, when you could get the same effect at a health food store for a few bucks.

Okay, for the rest of the day I’m gonna be having mental images of a coat fulla weasels looking at me while nibbling dark chocolate and quaffing merlot. Thanks a lot!

Yeah, that metaphor was a bit over the top. To get your mind off it, here's a photo of a weasel drinking beer.

There may be a pattern here.

I agree.
But I still don’t think it’s resveratrol.
But it MIGHT be niacinamide!

I also noticed that. The floaters in my right eye are clearing up since I started taking it a few weeks ago.
