The GAY MAFIA judge shopping and "one state at a time" strategy seems to be working splendidly for the perverts. It won't be long and the entire 57 states will allow marriage to anyone and anything.

There is no way to curb such insane decisions by the courts — except simply to ignore them.

The federal courts have no authority to meddle with marriage rules of the states. This is not a constitutional authority.

As for judges who make these decision, I stop short of lynching (mainly because it would lead to a serious rope shortage); but I do think that banishment from the state would be appropriate. In search of precedent, perhaps we should consider some form of riding out of town on a rail (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riding_the_rail).

The Lord has already won. If we would follow his Word and Obey his commandments this country would not be in utter chaos.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Candy Dale striking down Idaho’s 2006 constitutional amendment prohibiting gay marriage

The Idaho State Constitution does not prohibit gay marriage. It only prohibits two persons of the same gender (regardless of sexual preference) from marrying each other. And the last time I checked, the Constitution was considered to be constitutional.

Maybe elections really don’t have consequences. As long as the left doesn’t like the outcome.

This dyke judge has no power to enforce it.
Just ignore her and her godless ruling.
What’s she gonna do, call the BLM? Or the rainbow pansy brigade? The state needs to stand up for itself and tell it to go back to whatever demonic hellish pit it crawled out of.

Ban on free speech and true definition of marriage.

This is a reduction of the Dictionary by dillution of meaning.

The state of Idaho passed a constitutional amendment, Amendment 2 of 2006 that made it unconstitutional for the state to recognize or perform same-sex marriages or civil unions.

The governor has to stand up to the Feds and say no. Push back now. Make the feds stand down. If Idaho does not do this, then the Feds win, immediately and now. And then what is exactly states rights? They cease immediately all of them.

If Idaho does do this, say no, the what will the Feds do? Call out the National Guard and allow gay marriage in Idaho? That would be fun.

The anus is for exit, not entry. Feces “sex” does not constitute a marriage.

She is delusional if she thinks a man can marry a man. Or a woman marry a woman. Either way, they don’t have the parts to consummate a marriage.

Non-consummation laws actually had to be rewritten in some areas because gays and lesbians cannot consummate a marriage. You cannot give what you don’t have and you cannot receive what you are.

Dale says Idaho’s laws deny same-sex couples the practical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of marriage. She’s wrong: Their biological sexuality deny them these benefits.
She further states they suffer injury not because they are unqualified to start a family but because of who they are. Wrong again. They ARE unqualified to start a family because their desires are disordered and their ability to raise a happy child is statistically slim.

“Gay marriage” is an attempted coup d’etat against God, against nature, and against We the People of the United States.

I assure you that neither God nor nature will be overthrown.

The only question is whether the American people will allow themselves to be overthrown by lawless judges and their supine enablers in the other two branches.

The verdict is still out.

IMHO, keeping marriage simple is the best idea. As far as cousins marrying, so long as you don’t have it as often as the European Royalty did, it isn’t as risky. When was polygamy legal in the U.S.?

Why should there be any consanguinity limitations for a homosexual "marriage"?

When was polygamy legal in the U.S.?

Before 1882.

It is perhaps only out of ignorance or madness to see the Federal Employees in black robes as anything but tyrant warlords presiding over a lawless and hostile army of occupation in our land.

There are as a group men who deserve to be held by patriots in the same contempt they hold for our Constitution.

They should all be held in the same contempt that they hold for the Text of our federal constitution.

After all how is it that a patriot can respect men who so blatantly ignore the text of our law in favor for their own dictatorial and often contradictory musings.

Perhaps the most damming example of their hypocritical uses of this power was their edict to rob our States of their republican form of Government under the notably unwritten concept of “one man one vote” while not also doing the same for the Federal Government’s Senate.

If their invention of the concept of “one man one vote” were one found in the Federal Constitution as they originally claimed. Then their ‘logic’ for further extending that concept to the abolition of the State Senates, would clearly make the concept in contradiction with the Federal Government.

Furthermore the blaten nullification of the 11th amendment thou yet more legal contradictions only goes to prove that this organization of men is entirely corrupt and in contempt with the source of thier supposed power. We the American people owe them no more allegiance then they have shown to our Constitution and just as much contempt.
